What types of creative services do you offer?
We currently have a series of print materials live on our marketplace, but we will be adding new materials regularly. Advertising campaigns in both print and digital formats are coming soon! To stay in the loop, drop us your email address.
What is your typical turnaround time?
We offer a streamlined process where our team customizes your marketing materials to reflect your community’s unique details. The estimated turnaround is three business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via all major credit cards and debit cards.
How long until I receive my order?
Your order will be posted to your account within three business days of order submission. You’ll receive an email notification once the order has been uploaded. For print orders, you will receive a notification with expected delivery times once shipped.
How can I check the status of my order?
Where can I download my completed files?
Your final files will be uploaded to your account within the marketplace system. You’ll also receive an email notification that will direct you to the correct location.
What if I want to use my own print services?
All of our designs are print-ready and can be printed with a local professional printing service. Let us take one more thing off your plate and print with us to have materials delivered directly to your door.
Can I request changes or revisions after delivery?
Because our marketing materials are personalized with the information you provide, we cannot accommodate changes after your order has been placed. Please carefully review your order details before submitting your order.
How do I submit a custom request?
I have a design that I’ve used in the past. Can you resize it to meet my current needs?
